Commencement Service 2012

It is great to see the entire school gather here this morning for the Commencement Service for the new school year 2012. We especially want to welcome the new batch of Sec 1 to our midst, our 48th batch of Sec 1 students. Your parents know how important education is and that is why you are here, to learn, to experience, to equip yourself with knowledge and prepare your future, your destiny. Over the past two weeks, my wife and I have been getting our two kids ready for school. And they’re excited about it. I’ll bet they had the same feelings that you do -- you’re a little sad to see the long vacation go, but you’re also excited about the possibilities of a new year, the possibilities of building new friendships and strengthening old ones, of joining a new CCA for the Sec1, or looking forward to the overseas learning trips for many of you, the possibilities of growing into a better student and a better person and making not just your family proud but making yourself proud......More
